• you are interested in our rental services and contact us through one of the available channels (email, phone, in-person visit, website);
• you are a representative or contact person of a legal entity that wishes to or is conducting business with us;
• you use our vehicle rental services;
• your rental request has been redirected to us by other websites where you applied for vehicle rentals from the Company’s fleet ………………………………..;

• you contact us through various channels (including social media) to request information regarding our services;
• you have given permission to other companies, such as our business partners, as well as third parties, to share information with us about you;
• you subscribe to marketing communications (Newsletter), alerts, or other services provided by us.

• to ensure communication when you are interested in our services (as an individual or representing a legal entity), in contractual relationships or based on legitimate interest;
• to create and manage your user account, and to process vehicle rental requests made through the user account;
• to fulfill our legal obligations and pursue our legitimate interests;

• to present/offer information regarding other services provided by the Company’s partners, only insofar as you have agreed to receive such information;
• for marketing purposes, insofar as you have consented to these purposes, generally including: commercial offers, events, surveys, market analysis, interviews, reviews.

• Detalii personale: cum ar fi numele și prenumele, datele personale conținute de copia actului care atestă identitatea (Cod numeric personal, seria și numărul actului, ziua de naștere, locul nașterii, data de expirare) și datele personale conținute de copia permisului de conducere (număr permis, categorie, perioada de valabilitate).
• Calitatea: clienți persoană fizică sau reprezentant/persoană de contact a unei entități juridice;

• Informații financiare: numărul de card de credit/debit, istoricul plăților efectuate în relația cu Societatea;
• Informații ce privesc calitatea dvs. de client: istoricul serviciilor, informații prelucrate în programele noastre informatice;
• Informații privind comunicările/contactul cu consultanții Societății: înregistrarea unui apel telefonic, o scrisoare sau un e-mail transmis;
• Istoricul dvs. de navigare pe website-ul Societății.
Primarily, the personal data we process includes: your identification data, transactional, financial, demographic, and location data, or other personal data that we collect directly from you or from other sources when you become our client.
The legal basis for processing your personal data for each of the purposes mentioned above is:
• the necessity of performing the contract to which you are a party, or your request prior to entering into a contract;
• the Company’s legitimate interests, for example: protecting the Company’s assets and values as well as those of its clients, preventing, detecting, and investigating crimes, establishing, exercising, or defending a legal claim;

• providers directly/indirectly involved in delivering car rental services;
• state authorities (including tax authorities);
• accountants, auditors, judicial experts, lawyers, or other external advisors of the Company, as well as third parties providing products and services to the Company (such as security service providers, IT system providers, financial consultants);
• the Company’s providers directly/indirectly involved in the marketing and promotion process.
